Beautifully decorated with hand engraved scrolling ornaments topped by a Torah crown shaped finial. Set with a tapering handle, chased with scrolling floral and foliage ornaments. The front with detachable bar to be attached to the beginning of the scroll. It can take a scroll of up to 6.5in long. Marked with Austro-Hungarian silver marks for 1851 as seen in the pictures.
