The society meets every last Saturday of the month, all year long.  All persons who wish to join are invited.  Wm. Weiler, Secretary."   There is a flag at the top, ink spills, some creased corners, otherwise good condition, back is blank.  Measurements: 7 3/4 by 6 1/4 inches.  These societies were organized by farmers to apprehend horse theives prevent thefts in general.  SCARCE AND UNIQUE.
