It was probably from the late 1940's, soon after the Army left in 1946, from look of the Auto in photo. There is also a photo recorded of the PAC building and KWKW from 1947 by J. Allen Hawkins. It could be the one used on cover. Anyway, prices are quite reasonable and their is a nice selection of food inside. There is a clipped on "Hot Weather Suggestions" card, which I temporarily removed to scan. Today's Special insert is missing from the small box at bottom left. I only got about 80% of inside on scanner. The front cover has some white splotches that could have been a printing error or have have contacted something and pulled away the top layer of color. You cannot feel anything wrong, as it's very smooth. There is no paper loss. It is not as apparent as the scan makes it appear either. The rest is excellent.
