The popular web-comic devoted to electronic gaming created by Jerry Holkins and Mike Krahulik has millions of fans worldwide .The idea for the character of the Cardboard Tube Samurai started when Jerry Holkins found a cardboard tube in a dumpster and envisioned it as a legendary samurai weapon. The character has evolved over time and has made several appearance in the Penny Arcade web-comic. In 2005 the popular character was made the subject of a limited edition print of which Penny Arcade has only produced three. Only 750 of these prints were produced and only 500 of these were made available for order online.Within 2 hours of being listed online all of these prints had been purchased, the fastest that any Penny Arcade product has ever sold out. This is a limited edition print no more of these will ever be produced!!The print itself uses the laser lithographic process to create an image on mylar. This results in an image that is not only bright and vivid but is also very resistant to damage from moisture and UV light. This is also a very large print measuring approximately 18" x 24" (the central image is 12" x 18").This specific print has never been taken out of it's original plastic wrapping.
