Dr. Binder was a long time collector and Overstreet advisor who assembled a nearly complete Four Color set including series one!, complete WDCS, and one of every title in the Overstreet price guide! Also a large Platinum age collection! Many Gold and Silver age key issues! Numerous scarce to rare comics. Many are on the way to CGC. Almost untouched, unopened copy obtained directly from Bob Overstreet many years ago. There are zero defects from handling or storage. The only things would be idiosyncratic characteristics inherent in the manufacturing process, such as the indents from the staples, tiny smudge at edge from when they were printed and stacked. These would be things every copy had when brand new. The spine and covers are totally flat. All corners are sharp. This book is unimprovable. This is as nice as they can get. I do not think there could be a finer copy for sale anywhere. In general: G or "Good" is a complete comic with noticeable wear. VG or "Very Good" is a copy with some wear. Not too bad. Overall a decent copy.F or "Fine" is a nice solid copy. Usually appears at first glance to be very nice but upon closer inspection has a number of small defects. VF is a high grade comic with almost nothing wrong. Only something very minor allowed in this grade.NM and NM/M are no excuses, High grade, nearly perfect copies.there can be + and - to each of these grades and also lower grades of Pr (poor) and Fr (fair) which are quite worn and in some cases not complete.
