ORIGINAL CREATOR SIGNED GHOST RIDER COSTUME & POSTER Halloween Johnny Blaze Original Mask Gary Friedrich Start Price USD 500.00 Current Price USD 500.00 Time Left - Bid Count 1 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Friday, October 03, 2008 End Time Monday, October 13, 2008 Location Maryland Heights, Missouri See more about 'ORIGINAL CREATOR SIGNED GHOST RIDER COSTUME & POSTER' Description GHOST RIDER   This is a one of a kind AUTHENTIC Ghost Rider costume that was used for promotions of Ghost Rider and the original creator of the Marvel, Johnny Blaze / Ghost Rider character, Gary Friedrich.  I was Gary’s agent and this is the one and only costume we ever used.  This costume has been stored in a flight bag in a smoke free home.  This Ghost Rider costume would make THE perfect gift for any Ghost Rider fan or the BEST costume at the upcoming Halloween party!   THE MASK is autographed on the inside by Gary Friedrich.  It was created by Nate Courteau before the Ghost Rider movie, staring Nicholas Cage, was ever released.  Nate told me that this is the very last Ghost Rider mask that was ever made since the mold literally broke after this last one was created.  Only a few of these masks are in existance!  It is made out of durable fiberglass, NOT rubber or plastic!  The mouth is actually moved by the wearer’s jaw movement which means no restricted breathing!  The mask is adjustable, cool, very comfortable, and will fit anyone.  The front and back part of the mask are connected together via elastic bands to ensure a tight fit.  The elastic straps are hot glued to the inside of the mask and can be tightened or loosened depending ont the size of the wearers head by re-hot gluing the straps.  The paint job is VERY detailed and looks GREAT even up close.  The eye holes are big enough to see clearly even in the peripheral.   THE COSTUME is a replica of the outfit that Nicholas Cage wore in the movie, Ghost Rider.    THE JACKET The tough vintage size 42 leather jacket has spikes in the shoulders, three zipper pockets and one snap pocket on the outside as well as two open pockets on the inside.  There is also a buckled belt around the bottom exactly like the one in the movie.  The inside lining in the sleeves has been removed actually causing the jacket to be cooler in the summer yet still warm in the winter.  There is a tear in the collar giving it an even more authentic look.   THE PANTS The sexy 100% genuine leather pants are size 36 waist and 34” inseam.  There is a tiny, literally unnoticeable scuff on the theft knee but otherwise the pants are in like new condition.  All belt loops are tightly intact.  There are two front pockets, one with a coin pocket inside, and two back pockets. THE ACCESSORIES This Ghost Rider costume comes with a long polished silver chain to wrap around the jacket.  There are two elbow length gauntlets (gloves) with metal studs in the same position as in the Ghost Rider movie.   THE POSTER is #1 in a series of only 50 signed by the creator, Gary Friedrich.  The poster measures 11” X 17” and is in mint condition.  This poster has been kept in a double ended hard cardboard tube since the day it was autographed.   THE EFFECT To really look like the Ghost Rider, it’s best to wear a dark black stocking over your head before putting the mask on so no one can see your head where the two pieces meet or your face, only the darkness within.  A black turtle neck shirt works best with this costume to cover the neck.  Work on your point and penance stair and you BECOME the GHOST RIDER!  Imagine riding your motorcycle through the neighborhood in THIS costume!
