This very well known Florida Keys landmark was actually in Plantation Key in front of my store Treasure Village. Well, she's alive and well and looking for a new home. This 25 ft. high and 35 ft. long incredibly detailed free formed fiberglass creation took 5 years to build and is one of a kind. She was created by a very well know artist and the attention to detail is unparalleled and the superior construction unmatched by anything in its class. She was designed to withstand winds in excess of 200 M.P.H. - easily transportable in that all the legs and a portion of the tail are all attached with massive stainless steel bolts. This sculpture is quite the attraction and great for business! After setting her up in front of Treasure Village, the amount of tourist traffic and customers for not only my store but all the surrounding stores doubled!
