Description
Hand Blown Glass Llama New Original Design by Kevin Prochaska, Glass artist at Disneyland for more than 10 years. Find Related Items at Proglassartyst, my eBay Store. NEVER a RESERVE PRICE on ANY of our auctions. We think this keeps everything simple and you, the buyer, can bid with confidence. The Llama … It is no wonder why folks are attracted to this unusual animal with its large doe eyes, long rabbit ears, toes on each foot, giraffe like neck, and fur that is used in fine woolens. Living where the artist does, in the backcountry of San Diego County, there are many llama farms to visit and enjoy. With this sculpture, the artist shows his appreciation for this very unique beast of burden. In this rendition, the watchful llama stands with his head erect and turned slightly, ears listening carefully for the slightest sound. Measuring approximately 5 inches in height, this blown glass figurine is made entirely by hand of borosilicate crystal and the dramatic colors are created from the application of pure gold to the molten glass. Includes an attractive information card trimmed with gold foil. To learn more about the artist and his work, which has appeared in numerous feature length films, and even at the Whitehouse, visit prochaskagalleries.com. Retails at Specialty Shops for $99.00. E-mail your questions to glassartyst@prochaskagalleries.com. Safe Shipping Guarantee Safe arrival and your complete satisfaction are always guaranteed. Extraordinary care is taken to insure the safe arrival of your blown glass figurine. We use a three-step process that has resulted in the safe shipment of thousands of Prochaska Galleries sculptures over the past 30 years. Step 1: As it is being made, the glass blower takes special care to reinforce all stress points to help protect against shock damage. Additionally all natural stresses are removed from the glass by a high temperature tempering process called annealing. Step 2: After the figurine is removed from our annealing oven it is thoroughly inspected by the artist who makes certain that all internal stresses have been removed from the glass and that its surfaces have been properly vitrified. Step 3: Finally, it’s time for careful packaging in not one, but two cartons. Both are filled with shock absorption materials. The sculpture itself is firmly held in place inside the internal carton so as to prevent movement. Loose fill between the two cartons guards against shock and the external box protects against obvious damage. Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of any piece of art from Prochaska Galleries, simply return it for a full refund or replacement. Item must be returned within 7 days. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Powered by eBay Turbo Lister The free listing tool. List your items fast and easy and manage your active items.
