The Scabbard is in MINT condition, with all original packaging, and C.O.A.!!! For those not familiar with the "Museum Collection", this is a limited edition treasury of the highest quality, fully functional, movie prop reproductions from United Cutlery. Each piece is finished and distressed to precisely match the used, and worn look from the actual movie prop, to properly convey the rich history the movie producers intended. Each piece is individually hand-distressed, making no two alike. The tempered full tang blades are forged from high carbon toledo spring steel, made in Spain. The hilts are crafted utilizing precious metals, hight quality woods, or top grain leathers. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind heirloom. The hand gaurd, and pommel of both swords are plated in genuine silver, authentically weathered, and worn. The Glamdring is also adorned with a genuine Sapphire on each side of the hand gaurd. As you can see in the picture, this sword comes with it's own locking display case, also included is key, and Certificate of Authenticity, shown below. The display case is solid wood, with "Elvish-style" metal accents on the four front corners. The glass is beveled for a beautiful look. This sword has been very well taken care of, and I am the first owner. It has been on my wall since purchased. Both the Sword, and display case is serialized with matching numbers, "360 of 1000". I only have the full color outer sleeve the Glamdring display came in left for original packaging. As a collector myself, I will package this to the highest of standards, and with extreme care! There is some very minor damage on the display case only for the Glamdring sword. If you look in the pictures you will see a photo of a small dent in the lower left side of the case circled in red. I received it like this, and the damage was caused during shipping to me. The damage is repairable, but I have not attempted repair because it's quite minor, and not that noticable. There are a couple other small marks on the display case, but they are small, minor, and un-noticable, but repairable. The sword is perfect, and there is no "bend" in the blade, as I hear there were some manufactured like that. This blade is straight, and beautiful! I have included photos of my LOTR United Cutlery Display with the MC Glamdring, and other UC products for reference, but again, this auction is for the Museum Glamdring, display case, key, C.O.A., and SCABBARD ONLY!
