(1995)  There were 10 of these knives made and they were numbered 1 of 10, 2 of 10, 3 of 10... etc.  As shown in photo #9... this is the first, or 1 of 10.  This small bowie has a 6" blade with satin finish -- stamped Lile with dot and engraved "1 of 10" on reverse.  The hilt appears to be stainless steel but I'm really not sure.  The handle consists of pinned elephant ivory slabs with the "Knifemakers Guild 25 Years" emblem embedded on the LILE stamped side of the blade.  The tang liners are red -- the knife is 10" overall length.  Near mint condition -- there's a hairline check at one of the pins nearest the guard.
