I have also had them on a pre 27 model Smith and they fit just as nicely.They are about the same thickness as factory grips, maby just a hair thicker.The left grip has some age lines. No cracks or chips in either side. Both sides have a number and what I presume are the makers initials on the back.Both sides have silver Smith & Wesson medallions in them.Nice yellowed grain in both sides.Would prefer a money order on these but Paypal accepted.
