Silvered “twisted rope” pommel and dolphins crossguard with an enameled National shield in center. Braided silver wire wrapped white bakelite swirled grip. 11 1/4” blade (graying) with floral designs surrounding a gold leaf National coat-of-arms. Stamped with a smilar hallmark and engraved to “Kerekes Gabor – kapitany umak 1932”. Reverse floral panel with a gold leaf fouled anchor. Two-ring silvered brass stippled scabbard with oak leaf decorated simulated bands, a panel bearing relief fouled anchor and a relief head of Neptune/nautical symbols on tip.
