The sharp tempered high carbon steel blade is a flattened diamond-section style. The hilt is in the classic cruciform style. A 'Lion Rampant' emblem is engraved on the pommel, and a 'Running Wolf' guild mark and a marigold maker's mark appear on the blade fuller.
