It has been opened and measures 37x47". It is in excellent condition with a little discoloration from storage at the edges - which should clean up nicely along with a few other small spots of discoloration from storage that are in small areas of the piece.  None are noticeable and most should clean up but I want you to know they are there.   Please view the photos for a better description.
